We've created a beginner's guide to meditation in the hopes that everyone can access meditation as easily as possible. I think learning to meditate is one of the most valuable gifts you can give yourself. The benefits of it are that you can change everything in your life, including your mind, body, and relationships.

I have been meditating for over 20 years and have been teaching meditation as a qualified yoga teacher for almost 10 years. In this meditation course you will benefit from this rich experience and, above all, learn that meditation is a practice that anyone can benefit from.

This course provides a clear way to understand and learn the different meditation paths you will encounter after further reading through effective meditation practice without jargon. This course is a beginner's guide and provides a fantastic introduction to meditation, but keep in mind that this is only the beginning of your journey. If someone suggests that their course or school tells you everything you need to know, you'll want to... well meditate. In the yoga world, we believe that everyone is potentially a teacher, especially a student.

The investment of time required to see the benefits of this course varies (and depends on the benefits sought), but many people notice positive changes after practicing only 90 minutes per week for 3-4 weeks. These hours are usually broken down into short per day or twice per day sessions. Of course you have to keep it for a long time!
