Wayne Mazzoni has been a college pitching coach since 1992 and has helped thousands of pitchers progress from little leagues to big leagues.
I have been a college coach since 1992 and currently coach at Sacred Heart University in Fairfield, Connecticut. NCAA Division 1 school in the Northeast Conference. Previously, I coached at Nova Southeastern University, Fairfield University, Post University, and the College of the Holy Cross.
I went to Gettysburg College and played football and baseball. I graduated in 1991 and got my degree in economics, but I haven't put it into practice yet! Also in 1992 St. I have a master's degree in sports management from Thomas University.
In 1996 I founded a company (Mazz Marketing Inc.) with the purpose of educating players and their parents on the recruitment process. At that time (before the internet and cell phone kids) I wrote a book that has been updated and upgraded many times (with this court, hints, hints) but that still stands out today.
This book changed my life. In addition to appearing on Fox, ABC, News 12 and WFAN (check me out on YouTube), I've been invited to speak on recruitment at over 500 high schools. A high school athletics coach hires me to talk to players and parents about the recruitment process. I've been doing this for over 15 years.
In the meantime, I have done numerous blogs, articles, interviews, and coaching on this topic.
