The IE6 Upgrade option uses the 25K script created at Foxes: http://www.freThefoxes.com/ as the WordPress plug-in. Originally this plug-in used a smaller 7K script, but the limitations were satisfied in terms of language support, ease of use, and options for using browser warning messages other than IE6 (IE6-UPPRADE- See the option.php file. Instructions on how to use multiple browsers). Warning messages are displayed using the write box effect that hovers beyond the page content. The idea is simply to carefully display warning messages. Includes IE9, Firefox, Opera, Safari, and Chrome optional browser links. This plug-in was originally intended for use with IE6, which is currently expanded to include warning messages that can be displayed in any browser. Do you like Firefox?
