Hello! Simply put, I am a grief recovery, brain retraining, and spiritual guide focused on the conscious healing of the mind, body and soul. I love to write, read, and teach people how to be the best in people, nature, and poetry.

Long-term (in short) version: I started my career at the University of Alberta with a Bachelor of Science specializing in Neuropsychology, then went on to McMaster University to study health sciences. During my time at McMaster, I participated in several research projects, with the greatest focus on chronic health problems and caregiver stress. Then I studied naturopathic medicine in a four-year program at the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine, followed by a two-year residency program with an emphasis on Eastern Medicine. I have taught various courses in Anatomy and Physiology, Gynecology, Alienology, Oriental Medicine and Acupuncture. I am also a Certified Grief Recovery Specialist and have gone through this process with many such as friends, family and patients to help us deal with the grief that can come from the many causes of loss in our lives.

I am one of the co-founders of the Canadian Integrative Cancer Center in Ontario, Canada, where I continue to focus on this area and on common chronic diseases.

I've always thought of combining the foundations of the best healthful nutrition and optimism, intentions and beliefs about body/mind/soul for long-term success of your health goals.
