BBCode Shortcodes for Drupal 8 Description

IMPORTANT: This module requires the "Shortcodes API for Drupal 8" module, but it is not included with this module. Must be purchased separately at Code Canyon ( https://codecanyon.net/item/shortcodes-api-for-drupal-8/17409505)

The Drupal 8 module's BBCode shortcodes are a package of standard BBCode tags for shortcodes such as highlights, drop caps, etc., allowing Drupal to parse them.

BBCode or BulletinBoardCode is a lightweight markup language used to format many message board posts. The tags you can use are usually indicated by square brackets ([]) around the keyword, parsed by the system, and then converted to a markup language (usually HTML or XHTML) that your web browser can understand.

BBCode was devised to provide a safer, easier, and more restricted way for users to format their messages. It was introduced in 1998 by the Ultimate Bulletin Board (UBB) message board software implemented in Perl. In 2000, BBCode was used in phpBB, an internet forum system written in PHP.
